Part 1 - Triggers and Drivers

Issues and concerns are most often triggered by one reason and driven by another. In order to identify how this affects companies, we need to address the BIG picture.

In Part I of the web publication I will adress 23 issues that either trigger or drive anxiety issues for a company. To make it a little simpler, I have divided those 23 issues into four groups:

  1. Values
  2. Organization
  3. Behavior
  4. Output

The issues and groups can be used to make a metering of the anxiety levels in the company.

But let us not beat around the bush. Let us start out addressing group by group. Let us start with the values.
